Courses/Programs of Volunteer Contributors

Update: 4th June

Manal Zeineddine

Founder of O.R.B.I.T.S. Development Code, Global Educational Consultant, Saudi Arabia

Manal Zeineddine has just added two new courses to her collection of training material.

The two courses, “A Shaky Retention Alert” and “O.R.B.I.T.S. Leadership Blueprint” address issues related to the increasing turbulence we currently see in many institutions around the world.

While there are numerous factors that we cannot control, such as economic and social challenges, many others can be controlled. Having the intention to see the invisible with a research-informed, unbiased mind and a wisely-compassionate heart can always lead to scalable solutions and better outcomes.

Using more than 35 tools and methods in each of the courses, school owners, potential education investors, principals, directors, Heads of Departments, subject coordinators, HR and finance managers learn to build up on principles, that help create a robust infrastructure and a thriving school reputation. Both courses embed hard and soft skills, metacognition, systems thinking, and O.R.B.I.T.S. approach so they do not aim at just imparting knowledge. Each course is 25 to 30 hours and each ends with self-designed theme and sub-themes resource at the end. The same courses can be modified for other types of institutions, accordingly.

Manal’s Engagement with Adaptive Instruction

Manal Zeineddine has been working in education for twenty-two years, thirteen years of which in leadership.
