In honor of their contributions to the Adaptive Instruction website through articles, poems, interviews, artwork, snippets, engaging in company publications whatsapp group activities, ‘Be the Change’ initiatives and book reviews, an open section is provided to share about their upcoming book releases, courses, programs and events. The same shall be published on Sundays in the company publications WhatsApp group and also included in this page.


Process for Open Sunday Section

  1. Contributing author / interviewee (who contributed to AI earlier) to send the information to me first.
  2. I review it and post it in the company WhatsApp group (on Sundays only).
  3. Any subsequent discussions based on my post can be carried out by members with the contributing author (in cases where he/she is also part of the group).

Diviya Mehra, an accomplished educator, facilitator and a leader in the field of education. She is dedicated to improving the lives of students and teachers and has established a YouTube channel “Educational Connect with DM” where she interacts with educationists and teachers on various topics of education.

Some sessions like ‘Dealing with exam stress for students of Class X’ by Ms.Susmita Chakroborty, Faculty of Social Science from Modern School, Doha could work on stress areas for students.

The recent session was of ‘Mapping Your Career Destiny: Empowering Teenagers through Brain Mapping’ by Parenting Coach and Brain Mapping Counselor, Ms Shruti Gupta, which catered to Parents and students needs to decide a career.

Her commitment to education and passion for making a positive impact make her a true advocate of education.

Mr. Muralidharan L. qualified as CA at the young age of 21 and has been in the practice for 35 years now. He founded the Sreeram Coaching Point in 1989 to coach students appearing for CA exams. The areas of specialization in coaching are Financial Reporting, Accounting standards, Financial Management (Inter & Final), Costing and Income Tax. Many Rank holders in CA Exams came from his coaching class and particularly in CA Final Thrice his students stood AIR FIRST.

He is a qualified, Registered Valuer on Securities and Financial Assets, IOVRVF, New Delhi as well as qualified Insolvency Professional with IIPACSI. He is a speaker on IBC course of ICAI, SIRC, Hyderabad.


Mr. Muralidharan’s company Sreeram Coaching Point is conducting trainings for CPA USA and CMA USA.

Vijaylakshmi’s special focus has been integrating storytelling to textbook learning. She has been storytelling to children suffering from cancer using her handmade puppets, as she believes that storytelling is an excellent therapy for children suffering from long term illness. She was involved in a “Reading to Recovery,” programme for the Tsunami orphans in Nagapattinam (2005) She has authored a number of children’s books, and written research-oriented articles on children’s literature. At present she is a consultant with Funky Rainbow,Bangalore ‘s best independent bookstore.

She is a life member of The Association of Writer’s and Illustrators for Children (AWIC) a New Delhi based NGO. She has worked with Akshara Foundation in their Library programmes. She has been a member of the Steering Committee for Psycho-Social Support and Mental Health Services in Disasters, National Disaster Management Authority, Govt of India.

Her story is one in this collection of 15 prize winning stories in the book “The Wingless Flight and Others“, Published by Children’s Book Trust, New Delhi.

An Educator and Facilitator, Ms Diviya Mehra is author of the book ‘The Sighted Soul’. It is an anthology of poems available on various on-line platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Apart from her line of employment, she has contributed to work with the editorial team for a Class XII Geography Practical Book published by Goyal Brothers Prakashan – one of the leading publishing houses in India.

Her volunteering experiences include empowering community teachers through online teaching in the villages of Bihar, India in association with the Shinchan Education and Rural Entrepreneurship (NGO). She is also an Educational content creator on Youtube with 35k+ view counts.

She has always prioritised making education more interactive through her teachings. Her future projects focus on using the Augmented Reality (AR) technology for classrooms. Making students Future Ready.
