Adaptive Instruction Refund & Returns Policy on Sessions/Workshops
The payment for sessions/workshops once done is non-refundable. Arrangements are made beforehand with associated costs based on confirmed registrations. Hence cancellations and ‘no shows’ are non-refundable.
Attendees are requested to check for defects or damages in takeaways (if any) before closure of the session/workshop so that they may be replaced at the venue itself (if applicable). Any requests on replacements of the takeaways after the session/workshop is closed will not be entertained.
In case the session/workshop event is cancelled owing to unavoidable circumstances, the entire amount paid will be refunded back to the respective registrants.
