Adaptive Instruction Refund & Returns Policy on F2F Workshops

The payment for workshops once done is non-refundable. Arrangements are made beforehand with associated costs based on confirmed registrations. Hence cancellations and ‘no shows’ are non-refundable.

Attendees are requested to check for defects or damages in takeaways before closure of the workshop so that they may be replaced at the venue itself. Any requests on replacements of the takeaways after the workshop is closed will not be entertained.

In case the workshop event is cancelled owing to unavoidable circumstances, the entire amount paid will be refunded back to the respective registrants.
